Training
Proper training is the key to a well run
franchise and
is the highest priority for us. As a Lilly’s Gourmet Pasta franchisee
you will receive preopening training for the Designated Manager and two
assistants to be held at our Boston headquarters. This initial training
program covers all areas of the business including sales and marketing
methods, financial controls, maintenance of quality standards, customer
service techniques, record keeping and reporting procedures, and other
operational issues.
In addition to the initial
training at our
Headquarter’s location, we will also make available to you, a business
support person to assist in training your staff in Lilly’s Gourmet
Pasta techniques and for the purpose of providing general assistance
and guidance in connection with the opening of your restaurant.
