Hotel Express International memberships are sold and maintained for a modest annual membership fee via licensed distributors, through telemarketing, direct mail, business meetings and special marketing initiatives. The memberships sold by our distributors consist of an embossed, personal Hotel Express card valid for one year, and a hotel directory. The Nationwide distributor will be an individual or company with sufficient financial capacity to develop our business nationwide. The Nationwide distributor will, having purchased the Exclusive Rights for the country, be responsible for building up the network of State distributors and Authorized distributors across the US, and will enjoy an income resulting from all the sales in the US, from the license fees paid by each State distributor and from all web sales made on the Hotel Express website. Full and thorough training, support, marketing materials and software will be provided by HEI. The cost for the Nationwide License is $100,000.

The Exclusive State distributor will be an individual or company with sufficient financial strength to develop our business in a state and will, having purchased the Exclusive Rights for his/her state, answer to the Nationwide distributor only. The Exclusive State distributor will sign up as many Authorized distributors as possible, generating his/her revenue from these distributors, and will also be able to sell memberships directly nationwide. Adequate training and support will be provided by the Nationwide distributor. Investment varies from state to state and ranges from $20,000 to $40,000.
The Authorized distributor is an individual or company who pays a small fee to purchase a start-up package and license to sell Hotel Express in the US. The Authorized distributor answers to the Exclusive State distributor and represents the main sales force for Hotel Express. The Authorized distributor will not be restricted to territory and will therefore be able to operate from a home office on a nationwide basis, focusing solely on the sale of memberships and receiving a credit for any new hotels he/she signs up to the Hotel Express program. Adequate training and support will be provided by the Exclusive State distributor. Investment starts at just $1,000 plus delivery charges.
