Level 1 Upgrade provides you with five “seat licenses” to train
Recruiting Consultants. They will work entirely on commission from
offices in their homes. A Level 2 Upgrade includes the training of five
more Recruiting Consultants, a Recruiting Manager, and further includes
our professional help and support in setting up systems to bring a
stand-alone “brick and mortar” operation to life. You will be assisted
in site selection, lease negotiation, office set-up, computer/phone
systems, the hiring process, office management and more. In addition to
supporting your operational success, this foundation work can put your

on-site instruction.

portal center accessible 24/7 and contains over 1000 pages of resource
